Integration Project Manager in E-commerce

Your role

Atea eShop is one of Sweden’s largest e-commerce platforms and a key sales channel for Atea. Customers purchase IT products such as hardware, software, and services through our platform, which supports sales teams and enhances the customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be the link between our sales organization, customers, and IT, collaborating with colleagues across the Nordic countries. Your mission is to optimize e-commerce processes by automating workflows and ensuring high-quality project delivery. You’ll help customers with digital transformation through integration between their purchasing systems and Atea’s internal systems, including Atea eShop. You’ll also participate in exciting customer meetings and present solutions to support their digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Atea’s customer integrations for e-commerce.
• Manage and participate in development projects relevant to Atea’s e-commerce.
• Document completed projects, create specifications, and plan deliveries.
• Maintain close communication with both business and IT.
• Analyze business value and requirements.

What we are looking for 

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and works well both independently and in teams. You should be able to drive your work forward with structure, accuracy, and enthusiasm. Required:

• At least a few years of experience in IT or business project management.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of HTML and XML.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and business/transaction workflows.
• Experience in system integration or with Eshop administration.
• Familiarity with XML-based e-commerce standards.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO).
