When Atea Sverige AB is processing your personal data, we are the data controller and have the responsibility to ensure that personal data is being processed correct, secure and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The purpose for which Atea collects your personal data is to administering events and participants as well as communicating with you before, during and after the event. The legal basis for which we will use your data is consent. The personal data we collect will only be used by Atea and our partners for the event. For fulfillment of the purpose and for statistics and billing purposes Atea will save your personal data for up to one year. If you have listed allergies in your response form, they will be removed three days after the event is completed. You are entitled to request a report on what personal information we have about you by requesting a so-called registry extract. This can be made free of charge once a year. You also have the right to request that incorrect information about you shall be corrected, removal of your personal information, withdrawal of your consent to processing of personal data at any time and to prohibit the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. At the event, there may/will be photos/videos taken in which you may be visible if you are participating in the event. You have the right to submit eventual complains about processing of your personal data to the national supervisory authority.
