Your role 

You will own the strategy for data and insights within Customer Platforms and ensure data is leveraged to optimize the customer experience, enable personalization, and support strategic business decisions.
This role focuses on building a robust data ecosystem and delivering insights that create competitive advantages.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Digital Officer and become a key member of the core team driving innovation forward. Together with leadership and other experts, you’ll help shape the future customer experience. While the role initially has no direct reports, people management responsibilities may be added over time. We value strong leadership toward both internal and external stakeholders and partners, where you lead and influence both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a roadmap for data and analytics aligned with goals for B2B digital platforms.
  • Data Governance & Architecture: Ensure data quality, compliance, and integration across platforms.
  • Insights & Analytics: Develop frameworks for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
  • Business Enablement: Transform data into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Set requirements and mobilize resources across the organization.
  • Innovation: Drive adoption of AI/ML for personalization and optimization in collaboration with the AI Lead and other Domain Leads.

Mandate & Authority:

  • Full responsibility for the data and insights strategy across our digital platforms for B2B customers.
  • Authority to prioritize data initiatives and allocate resources.
  • Budget responsibility for data infrastructure and analytics projects

Who are you? 

You have strong expertise in data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools, enabling you to work effectively with data in various forms. Your business acumen allows you to connect insights to both revenue growth and improved operational efficiency. You bring experience in leading data teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, which reinforces your leadership capabilities. Your technical breadth includes knowledge of data platforms, cloud architecture, and integration technologies. In addition, you have a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and developing data-driven ecosystems within large organizations.
  • Proven ability to drive and implement data governance processes and ensure data quality.
  • Background in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating across diverse business areas.
