För dig som vill göra en felanmälan eller lämna önskemål om reparation av en produkt.

Tänk på att läsa igenom anvisningarna innan du gör din felanmälan.

Om din skrivare inte skriver ut och du misstänker att tonern är slut, läs först här Skrivare med serviceavtal. Formuläret nedan ska inte användas för att beställa toner. Du som har serviceavtal med oss där toners inte ingår eller vill beställa extra toners (mot en extra kostnad) kan göra det här Tonerbeställning till din skrivare.

Error Reporting and Repair Products 

For those who want to report a fault or request a repair of a product.  

Please read the instructions before making your fault report. 

If your printer is not printing and you suspect the toner is empty, read here first Printers with Service Agreement. The form below should not be used to order toner. If you have a service agreement with us where toners are not included or want to order extra toners (at an additional cost), you can do so here Toner Order for your Printer (only in Swedish)
