Anders Hansen is a senior consultant psychiatrist and holds a degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He has authored several bestselling books translated into more than twenty languages, including The Real Happy Pill, The Screen Brain, and Health by Prescription. Anders is also well-known from Swedish television, featured in programs such as Smarter Than the Brain and Screen-Free in 100 Days.

Maria Gorsuch-Kennedy leads Cisco’s efforts to build a more sustainable supply chain, focusing on Net Zero, circularity, and human rights. She is a driving force in the industry, serving on the Board of Directors for the Responsible Business Alliance and on the steering committees for the Responsible Labor Initiative and Responsible Environment Initiative. With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and public affairs, Maria is a passionate advocate for creating positive change in global supply chains.

Alex Michalko is the Director of Climate & Responsible Sourcing for Global Product Compliance and Sustainable Impact at HP. In this role, Alex is responsible for driving strategies to reduce carbon emissions, advancing sustainable forestry practices, and ensuring alignment with global climate goals and compliance standards to support the organization's environmental and sustainability commitments. Additionally, Alex oversees Human Rights and Supplier Engagement, encompassing Human Rights-related supplier initiatives.

Alex joined HP in 2024 and brings 20-plus years of sustainability expertise across technology, retail, media, and real estate, including leadership roles at Amazon, REI, and The Walt Disney Company, in addition to a research fellowship at Project Drawdown.

Most recently, Alex led supply chain decarbonization initiatives at Amazon, where she launched the company’s first sustainability report and developed tools for ~2 million selling partners to create more-sustainable products.

Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University and both an MBA and a master’s degree in environmental management from Duke University, with concentrations in strategy, environmental economics and policy, and social entrepreneurship.

Mary leads the corporate organization responsible for driving Lenovo’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Regulatory Compliance programs.  Her role allows her to advance projects that combine her technical interests with her passion for ESG.  Mary is most proud of the work she has supported to promote meaningful and lasting change, such as setting and meeting ambitious climate change mitigation goals, supporting the transition to a circular economy through the use of post-consumer recycled content in Lenovo products and packaging, ensuring robust regulatory compliance programs, and mentoring the next generation of technical talent. 

Mary began her career as an engineer with IBM’s Corporate Environmental Affairs organization within its Engineering Center for Environmentally Conscious Products.  She then served as the Environmental, Health, and Safety Risk Manager at MIT before joining Lenovo in 2006.  Her commitment to building more sustainable organizations has been the touchstone of her career. 

Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy and a Master of Environmental Management in Resource Economics and Policy, both from Duke University. 

Tyler has more than 20 years of senior-level experience in sustainability, supply chains, human rights, stakeholder engagement and public policy. He was the Head of Due Diligence in the OECD’s Centre for Responsible Business Conduct, where he built and led the team that worked with governments and stakeholders to negotiate the OECD’s international standards for responsible business conduct.

Tyler has worked with policymakers to design regulation on conflict minerals, modern slavery, deforestation, sustainability reporting and responsible supply chains. He and his team at the OECD also worked closely with business, trade unions and civil society to strengthen the alignment of industry and multi-stakeholder initiatives and the overall effectiveness of market-based mechanisms on sustainability in global supply chains.

Linus Wallin has been the CEO of Atea Sweden since 2020. Prior to that, he was in charge of the company’s largest business region, Stockholm, and held other senior sales positions. In addition to his role as CEO, Linus is a board member of industry organizations TechSverige and AI Sweden, where he contributes with perspectives from over 20 years in the industry. According to Linus, a strong leadership is value‑driven and employees are a company's most valuable asset.

Peter Nohrstedt is Sustainability Manager at Adda Inköpscentral AB with over 20 years of experience in green and sustainable public procurement. He has worked on national and EU-level initiatives, focusing on sustainability criteria, supplier follow-up, and international cooperation. Peter holds an MSc in Biology from Stockholm University.
