Atea Sustainability Forum

Kajsa Nylander is the Head of Sustainability at Atea Sweden. She works closely with customers, partners, and employees to accelerate the transition toward sustainable IT solutions and long‑term value creation. She is responsible for driving the company’s strategic sustainability agenda forward by integrating sustainability and accountability into Atea’s business offerings and governance. Kajsa has previous experience from sustainability leadership roles at, among others, Svenska Spel and Systembolaget, as well as from her work as a consultant at Ernst & Young.

Camilla leads Atea’s flagship sustainability initiative, Atea Sustainability Focus (ASF), which drives global sustainable transformation in IT based on the demands and expectations of Nordic IT buyers.

At Atea Sustainability Forum, Camilla will present the latest ASF report, highlighting one of the most critical sustainability challenges in the IT industry: minerals. She will also moderate a panel discussion featuring representatives from the initiative’s Advisory Board and the global IT sector.

Karin Malm is a Sustainability Ambassador and Business Developer at Atea. She has over 20 years of experience in development work within sustainability, digitalization, and communication in both the public and private sectors. She works on developing strategies, action plans, and methods that strengthen organizations’ ability to drive sustainable IT development.

Her passion is to simplify complex issues, create engagement throughout the organization, and turn ambitions into practical actions that make a real difference. At ASF Forum, Karin will share insights and experiences on how business value, sustainability goals, and change management can be intertwined — how strategic work can become a concrete tool for developing a more sustainable IT value chain.

Jennie Backman is the project manager for Atea’s group‑wide initiative ONE for Good.
She leads the work to strengthen Atea’s social sustainability efforts and engages employees, customers, and partners in initiatives that make a concrete impact.

Johanna leads the sustainability agenda for Vattenfall’s Tech and IT unit. By combining technology, AI and innovation, she drives initiatives that reduce IT’s climate and resource footprint, improve data and AI governance, sharpen supplier requirements, and enable efficient hardware lifecycle management, as well as solutions that use AI for Impact.

Johanna has extensive experience from both senior leadership roles in line organizations and many years of transformation work as a management consultant. She has led major transformations across the energy, mining, transport and battery industries.

On stage, she shares practical insights on what truly works in a large organization, how to scale impact, and the power of employee‑driven networks.

Anna Bruun Månsson is a Sustainability Developer at Malmö University, where she leads the university’s environmental initiatives and its collaboration on climate issues with other societal stakeholders.
She also holds a national assignment within the Swedish Higher Education Institutions’ Climate Network, focusing on sustainable procurement. Anna has more than 20 years of experience in both strategic and operational sustainability work as well as sustainability communication.

Malmö University’s IT department is driving a dedicated effort to ensure sustainable product sourcing, where Anna contributes with her specialist expertise.

Anders Hagström is the Head of AI Adoption for the private sector at AI Sweden, the national center for applied AI in Sweden. With a background spanning both strategic business development and technological innovation, Anders focuses on accelerating the use of AI to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness and drive sustainable transformation.

Anders has a special connection to today’s forum, having participated early on in Atea Sustainability Focus (ASF) to elevate sustainability topics to the top of the IT industry’s agenda. Today, he combines his expertise in sustainability with the power of AI to help companies move from vision to concrete value.

Ilka Baert är en erfaren och inspirerande ledare med en imponerande meritlista av att driva transformationer över både Europa och Asien. Med sin breda internationella bakgrund och skarpa strategiska blick skapar hon tydlighet, engagemang och riktning i komplexa organisationer.

Hennes akademiska bakgrund omfattar fördjupade studier i executive leadership, miljövetenskap samt orientaliska språk och kulturer med fokus på Kina, vilket ytterligare stärker hennes globala perspektiv och förmåga att navigera i komplexa sammanhang.

Patrik Salmberg leads the Workplace team within Strålfors Technology, where they are responsible for developing a modern, secure, and sustainable digital workplace for employees across the Nordic region. The mission of the Workplace team is to create stable and user‑friendly IT services that support the business and make it easier for employees to work efficiently—regardless of location.

In recent years, they have taken several clear steps forward in enhancing sustainability within Workplace, including extending the lifecycle of equipment, working more systematically with reuse, standardizing platforms, and reducing complexity. This contributes to both lower environmental impact and more resource‑efficient IT solutions for the entire organization.
